Delivery of Completed Product
Upon completion, a Product is available for download by the Customer in his personal account panel on the Website or by special request Email. If a Customer does not receive a completed Product by the deadline, he may request for a refund. Revision and Refund Policy
You are entitled to request for revisions if and only if the product received contains discrepancies anytime within the period of seven (7) days after the deadline of the first draft.
